1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under specific circumstances to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.
- Subscription refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
- Technical issues that prevent platform usage may qualify for refunds
- Duplicate charges or billing errors will be fully refunded
- Downgrades mid-cycle may qualify for prorated refunds
2. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations do not qualify for refunds:
- Subscription cancellations after the 14-day refund period
- Change of mind or business requirements
- Misuse or violation of our Terms of Conditions
- Partial usage of subscription period (except for technical issues)
- Third-party integration costs or setup fees
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your account details and reason for refund request
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
4. Prorated Refunds
For eligible downgrades or technical issues, we calculate prorated refunds based on:
- Unused portion of your subscription period
- Price difference between plan tiers
- Duration of service interruption (for technical issues)
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation terms:
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No refund for the current billing period (unless within 14-day window)
- Auto-renewal will be disabled immediately
- Data export available for 30 days after cancellation
